Active Duty Coffee Company with registered office at Breedstraat 220, 9100 Sint-Niklaas, BTW BE0764.296.454, RPR GENT afdeling dendermonde (hereafter referred to as ADCC) operates the e-commerce website activeduty.coffee which provides visitors the opportunity to buy products online.

Conditions of usage

The hereby following “Terms & Conditions” shall apply to every visit and/or transaction done by any visitor (client) on this website (activeduty.coffee). By visiting and or ordering products through this website, the client accepts these “Terms & Conditions” and agrees to the applicability of these “Terms & Conditions”. Conditions made by the client shall not be taken into account except and only if permitted by ADCC through written notice. If not agreed upon these “Terms & Conditions” ADCC kindly asks you to leave this website.

ADCC, activedutycoffee.be and these “Terms & Conditions” fall under the law of Belgium. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions shall be brought before court situated in the province Oost-Vlaanderen, Belgium. You see, we like to determine the battlefield for ourselves.

Prices

Prices on this website are always in Euro with taxes and VAT included. Prices for shipment are calculated during the check-out process and added to your shopping cart.

Indicated prices are only valid for the article as described. Photo’s may contain extra elements that are not included in the price.

What we offer

Hooah, you made it this far. Let’s talk a bit on what we offer through activedutycoffe.be. We do our outmost best to offer you the best products for the right price. Since we’re all humans, it’s always possible mistakes are made which results in incompleteness of information. We do appreciate your input whenever you see a mistake. Please contact us at general@activeduty.coffee with all the necessary info so we can adjust. However, this does not mean that ADCC is obliged to follow these mistakes. This can only result in a compensation on agreement of both parties. No whining is allowed.

If we offer any discount or special priced products, the offer will remain valid according to stock. ADCC has the right to withdraw and or adjust offers at any given time. ADCC may not be held accountable if stock runs out. Conditions for these offers such as duration and or discount will be communicated accordingly.

Shipping terms

Now we’re talking. ADCC uses the service of different shipping partners and we do ship to most European countries. If your country isn’t listed in our Alliance drop down menu, please contact us (general@activeduty.coffee) and we’ll see if we can work something out. When given upon a valid e-mail when ordering, you can be informed about the shipment. Shipping information is handled by Sendcloud.

Shipping will only be executed after receive of payment on the bank account of ADCC.

The delivery cost will be calculated upon check out from the webstore after selecting your country/shipping method. Different delivery options are available through different prices. These prices are made up by the postal services, not by ADCC.

So what, you don’t offer free shipment? That’s correct, ADCC already provides in fair prices. We don’t pre-calculate the shipping cost in each item like some others do. This means that you only pay shipping costs once for each order instead of x-times the amount of products you buy. This way the customers who buy more won’t pay for those who buy less. Fair and square.

Shipping will be executed not later than 2 weekdays after the day you’ve made your order. If for some reason items are out of stock, we’ll inform you about delays. ADCC can not be held responsible for delays caused by stock limits and or delays caused by the postal service.

Return or refund of food products is not possible. Gear and apparel can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for full refund or replacement. ADCC asks to contact us through general@activeduty.coffee in order to start up the return procedure. We from ADCC hold the right to asses the returned goods in order to make sure that refunds are justified. Returned goods should meet up with the following obligations:

• We hold the right to determine whether these conditions are fulfilled
• Products haven’t been opened, used or labels removed
• Shipping costs are at the expanse of the client, except if mistakes were made on our side
• In case of replacement, shipping costs for the replacement will be held by ADCC only if the mistake was made on our side
• Contact us at general@activeduty.coffee to start up the process. No contact equals no refund.

If chosen for a refund, ADCC must refund all payments received from you including initial shipping costs immediately and not later than 14 days after notification of refund. However, we may decline the refund for as long as the goods haven’t been returned to ADCC or evidence of return is supplied. Return charge will only be refunded when mistakes were made by ADCC on the original shipment.

Payment

Payments are handled by Shopify Payments. Payment can be executed by one of the following possibilities.

• Bancontact/Mister cash
• Mastercard
• Visa
