ACTIVE DUTY COFFEE SUPPORTS NONPROFIT ORGANISATIONS IN SERVICE FOR THOSE WHO SERVE(D)

ACTIVE DUTY COFFEE WANTS TO BE MORE THAN JUST COFFEE. WE WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY SUPPORTING NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS DEDICATED TO MILITARY, POLICE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES. BY DOING SO, WE HOPE TO GIVE SOMETHING BACK TO THE FAMILY WE ARE A PART OF.

SO WHETHER YOU WANT TO SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE OR ARE IN NEED YOURSELF, CHECK THEM AND FOLLOW THE LINKS BELOW.

PROJECT SSMW

Project SSMW is a long-standing tradition at the Royal Military Academy, where final-year students organise activities to raise money for a good cause. This year the 163 promotion chose to support Military Parasport Kintsugi. By supporting Military Parasport Kintsugi, we stand behind our colleagues, our former colleagues, and our comrades-in-arms, many of whom have sacrificed their physical or mental health in service to our country.

Through informative conferences that raise awareness, a cosy and warm Christmas market, parties, fun events and even a real shooting day with professional guidance. All of them help to raise money for the charity.

KAKI LION BELGIUM ASBL

Kaki Lion Belgium stands in the service of those who defend us. The association is run by active and former military personnel who know from experience what a life in uniform demands. Their work goes further than raising funds for wounded soldiers and their families in the most serious cases; they also provide psychological support.

Above all, they are there to listen, whatever the problem may be, and to make sure that no one has to carry it alone.

MOAT VZW. #WERACEFORHEROES

MOAT vzw races under one clear message: PTSD is not a crime, and talking helps. The project was born from the observation that many people within the emergency services and defence hold themselves strongly against each other. Aid workers often find it hard to open up to a colleague, or simply don't know where to turn when things get really heavy.

With a group of racers, MOAT breaks that taboo and sends out one clear signal to everyone: there is no shame in it.
